Subsequent to working ten years as a bookseller in Toronto, Winnipeg and Vancouver, Gilead obtained a Masters Degree in Library and Information Studies (MLIS) from UBC, as well as a BA from the University of Manitoba.

In addition to his duties as an Information Specialist, he is involved in other activities such as collection development of the library resources (print/electronic) participating on our various teams, conducting in-house tours, making presentations to our clients, assist clients in accessing resources for their market research.
